3.3 Withdrawals. You may request withdrawals of available cleared funds at any time subject to identity verification requirements. gcup88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 10 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
3.4 Source of Funds. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money deposited is not the proceeds of illegal activity and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. gcup88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
3.5 Unclaimed Balances. 4.1 gcup88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. 4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated on the promotion page.
4.3 Bonus Abuse. gcup88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome; or using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements.
4.4 gcup88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.1 You agree to use gcup88 for personal recreational purposes only and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
5.2 gcup88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account and void any bets or winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that these Terms have been violated. Determinations made by gcup88 on matters of fair play are final.
6.1 All sports bets placed on gcup88 are subject to the Sports Betting Rules published separately on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Sports Betting Rules on a sports-betting-specific matter, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until gcup88 has accepted it and issued a confirmation reference. gcup88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
6.3 Obvious Errors. If odds or lines are published in error (e.g., manifestly incorrect prices resulting from a technical fault), gcup88 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous prices, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
6.4 Match Abandonment. Rules for abandoned or postponed events are set out in the Sports Betting Rules. In general, bets on events abandoned before completion will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
7.1 All casino games on gcup88 — including live dealer tables and slot games — are provided by third-party studios and are subject to those studios' own certified game rules in addition to these Terms.
7.2 Disconnection Policy. gcup88 is not liable for bets that are interrupted by a technical failure, internet disconnection, or device malfunction on your end. Where a bet was placed and a game round started before disconnection, the round outcome is determined by the game's RNG or by the live dealer's hand and will be settled accordingly once your session resumes.
7.3 Void Games. gcup88 reserves the right to void the result of any game round where there is evidence of software malfunction or dealer error that materially affected the outcome.

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through gcup88's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

12.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
